Tami
Family and Child Support Services Director
With a founded understanding of Social Service needs in multiple provinces, Tami is an excellent advocate for persons in crisis in the provinces of Saskatchewan and around the Lloydminster region. Having a background in Human Resources, Tami joined Focus in 2018 in an HR role; Seeing the need for leadership in the FCSS program, she took on the role of Program Director for the Family and Child Support Service (FCSS) program.

Dawn
Special Projects Director
Joining FOCUS in May of 2022, Dawn heads up the newest program under the Focus umbrella, the FOCUS Transportation Service (FTS). Dawn brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding to her role through extensive experience in the non-profit sector.
Additionally, Dawn’s portfolio includes special projects ,including grant writing, fundraising and marketing.

Tina Franke
Disability Support Services Director
Tina is the newest member of the Program Director’s team. Her roles include Program Director for the DSS (Disabilities Support Service)Program. Tina has built a foundation of knowledge that stems from her experiences as a frontline support worker.
Tina’s compassion for the people she serves is evident in her level of commitment to the Individuals. With values of partnership and collaboration, Tina strives to work with agencies across the province to advocate for the needs of Individuals.
